Exchange and Return Policy
At Fast PDR Tools, we are committed to offering high-quality products by working with the best suppliers across all categories we sell. In respect of our customers and to maintain the credibility we have earned, we have established an Exchange and Return Policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Below, we outline the rules of this policy and the situations in which you can use it.
General Considerations
To request exchanges or returns, it is necessary to first notify Fast PDR Tools. Products returned without prior communication, outside the deadline, or missing original items/accessories will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
The products are sent to the customer exactly as they were delivered to us by the manufacturer, without any alterations.
Refuse to receive the product in the following situations:
Open or damaged packaging;
Damaged product;
Product that does not match the order;
Missing accessories.
If you receive the product and identify any of the situations mentioned above, please contact our Customer Service within 72 hours.
Note: All shipping costs for defective exchanges, returns, or cancellations are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not accept collect-on-delivery shipments.
Manufacturing Defect
The request for exchange due to a manufacturing defect must be made through our Customer Service within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt.
If the defect is detected after the fourteen days but within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly or an authorized service center as indicated in the product manual. If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, inform our Customer Service.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, with the seal intact, and accompanied by an invoice, manual, and all accessories.
All returned products undergo technical analysis. If no defect is found or if the conditions described are not met, the product will be returned to the customer.
The contractual warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer and is specified in the Warranty Terms that accompany the product.
Withdrawal/Regret
To formalize the withdrawal, the customer must fill out the "Return Request" form, providing their decision, the reason for the withdrawal, and the order number.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, with the original seal intact, and accompanied by an invoice, manual, and accessories. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving the product, Fast PDR Tools has up to 15 calendar days to verify the condition of the item, ensuring it is complete and in perfect condition.
Upon approval, Fast PDR Tools will have up to 15 days to issue a refund or grant credit to the customer, depending on the payment method used.
