Returns Policy

Return Policy
At Fast PDR Tools, we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to provide clarity and confidence in every purchase. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before requesting a return.


1. General Conditions for Returns

1.1. Returns are valid within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, in accordance with consumer rights regulations.
1.2. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
1.3. Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products made to order or personalized.
  • Tools and machinery showing signs of misuse, modification, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.
  • Consumables (such as tips, adhesives, or cutting discs) if opened.
    1.4. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

2. Returns for Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage

2.1. If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged due to transportation, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2.2. Procedure:

  • Send an email to info@fastpdrtools.es with a detailed description of the issue, photos of the product, and any damaged packaging (if applicable).
  • Once the issue is validated, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

3. Product Exchanges

3.1. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product.
3.2. If the customer wishes to exchange a product for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid. For exchanges to a lower-priced item, a refund for the difference will be issued.


4. Return Procedure

    4.2. Include the following in your request:
  • Full name.
  • Order number.
  • Reason for the return or exchange.
  • Photos or videos supporting your request (if applicable).
    4.3. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions and the return address.
    4.4. After receiving and verifying the product, we will:
  • Issue a refund via the original payment method used for the purchase (within 7 to 14 business days), or
  • Ship the replacement/new product.

5. Warranty Exclusions

5.1. Defects or damages caused by the following are not covered:

  • Misuse or negligence.
  • Repairs or installations performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
    5.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the manufacturer’s usage and maintenance instructions.
